Project Overview
American CNG (a subsidiary of Landi Technologies) completed a significant tenant improvement (TI) at The Steelworks at Centerville to centralize its high-pressure fuel system manufacturing and installation operations.
Scope & Highlights
- The TI includes 15 dedicated bays specifically engineered for CNG (Compressed Natural Gas) installations, accommodating vehicles ranging from light-duty trucks to heavy-duty Class 8 tractors.
- The improved space supports the production of up to 20,000 Type 4 composite cylinders and the assembly of 10,000 high-pressure fuel management modules and smart gauge systems annually.
Outcome
The build-out covers 35,826 square feet within Building 2 of The Steelworks, a modern industrial park designed for high-capacity users.
