Project Overview
The tenant improvement (TI) for The Laurel at Millcreek (located at 1100 East 3300 South) involved the conversion of a former healthcare facility into a 64-unit assisted living and memory care community.
Scope & Highlights
- The interior was completely modernized to create a “lodge-like” atmosphere, featuring designer-coordinated paint, high-end flooring, and stylish window treatments to move away from a traditional clinical feel.
- A full-service commercial kitchen and multiple dining rooms.
Outcome
The project focused on re-purposing an existing structure to meet the residential and clinical needs of seniors. The build-out included private studio and one-bedroom apartments.
