Lofts on Wall

The Lofts on Wall is a high-density, multi-family residential development located at 2552 Wall Avenue in Ogden, Utah. The project represents a significant “adaptive” urban infill effort designed to revitalize the downtown Ogden transit corridor.

Scope & highlights

• The project utilized podium-style construction (“5-over-1” or “4-over-1”), with a wood-framed residential structure over a concrete base.
• Site work required major utility upgrades to aging Wall Avenue infrastructure to support increased density and fire suppression for the four-story complex.

The outcome

The development consists of a four-story residential building featuring 136 units.
