Design-built of a 75,000 sf of retail space. Sub-divide the space on 3 different sister companies, on a very aggressive schedule to meet their highest time of the season.

Scope & highlights

• Design-built project to complete in a very tight window.
• Major changes in water and waste lines throughout the facility.
• Addition of bathrooms and separation of electrical services.
