• Tenant improvement projects require pit-based oil infrastructure, along with specialized HVAC and waste systems to meet environmental health and safety standards.

The roll-out follows a structured real estate & development process, including site selection, rigorous due diligence (e.g., hydrant flow tests, capacity assurance), and prototype plan review.
