A major TI project by Cook Builders established an integrated center focused on high-efficiency medical layouts and specialized diagnostic equipment.

Scope & highlights

• Build-outs included specialized exam rooms, triage areas, and on-site diagnostic labs.
• A core part of the TI was the installation of Lead-lined X-ray rooms and the heavy electrical infrastructure needed for modern imaging equipment.

The outcome

The TIs were designed to house both urgent care and primary care functions within a single footprint. This required separate check-in workflows for walk-ins versus scheduled appointments.
